Yey! It's Tuesday! The day that in the Hive is the one to discover new rhythms and songs or listen to some old ones, as will be my case today since I'm going with a Tuesday loaded with 80s vibes. And all thanks to #threetunetuesday or #ttt initiated by @ablaze.
This morning while having a coffee chatting with my husband early in the morning, he showed me one of those videos that go viral on Twitter. It was a girl with her dad, the girl has had artistic gifts since she was a baby, and she is wow at singing. I predict a great musical career if she chooses that path. You can see the video here. It was her birthday, and she tells her dad, she wants to sing "grown music".
When I finished watching the video, I said: Voilá! Here are my three tunes Tuesday for today. A trip back in time. Three songs I used to listen to in the 80s when I was a teenager.

Tune 1 - Shalamar - A Night To Remember
Of the three songs, I must confess that although I remembered this one perfectly well, I didn't remember who sang it. And it is by the American band Shalamar.
A Night To Remember is from the early 80s from their album Friends. Does anyone remember them?
Tune 2 - Tina Turner - What's Love Got To Do With It
The second tune is What's Love Got To Do With It by the best, Tina Turner. I'm sure @tengolotodo likes this song.
And as a bonus, the video is so good.
Tune 3 - Whitney Houston - I Wanna Dance with Somebody
And to close. This was among my favorite tunes of the time. I used to be a big Whitney Houston fan in the 80s and early 90s. And I loved I Wanna Dance with Somebody.
