Mainly, I think the hardest thing was arranging my life around my daughter, balancing marriage, work, home and taking care of that little person who is so fragile hit me like a bomb. In marriage, thank God, I had a very understanding and loving partner who has supported me at all times, he has coped very well with all my emotional changes, because postpartum is something else, it gives a little laughter and annoyance that we go from one hormonal cocktail when making a baby to another hormonal cocktail after we have it, but hey, the body must adapt again and again to the changes. No sé cómo les pegó a ustedes el hecho de convertirse en madres o padres y si pueden comentarlo me sería muy lindo leerlos, sin embargo acá les dejo cómo me sentó a mi. Principalmente creo que lo más duro, fue el hecho de acomodar mi vida en torno a mi hija, balancear el matrimonio, el trabajo, el hogar y cuidar de esa pequeña personita que es tan frágil me cayó como una bomba. En el matrimonio gracias a Dios me tocó una pareja bastante comprensiva y amorosa que me ha apoyado en todo momento, que si bien siempre tiene sus cosas, ha sobrellevado muy bien todos mis cambios emocionales, porque el postparto es otra cosa, da un poco de risa y molestia que salimos de un coctel hormonal al gestar a un bebé a otro coctel hormonal después que lo tenemos, pero bueno, el cuerpo debe adaptarse una y otra vez a los cambios. Cambios...*

**Changes can be very hard when you are already adapted to a routine and one of the things that affected me a lot and I will touch on that at another time from a more emotional side was my work, that abrupt change of spending up to 16 whole hours drawing either for work or for myself to not be able to do it because I had to focus the little attention I had left (because practically with sleepless nights my brain works less than half) was heartbreaking, because there I realized that I no longer belonged to me because, there is something, a part of you that is lost in this whole process of Changes, and, although they say that after a few years you return to being yourself, which I highly doubt, it is something that emotionally affected me a lot and not even Talking about the social life that practically revolves around my husband today 😂.**

>*Los cambios pueden ser muy duros cuando ya estas adaptado a una rutina y una de las cosas que me afectó bastante y eso lo tocaré en otro momento desde una parte más emocional fue mi trabajo, ese cambio abrupto de pasar hasta 16 horas enteras dibujando ya sea para trabajo o para mi misma a no poder hacerlo porque debía centrar la poca atención que me quedaba (porque prácticamente uno con los desvelos le funciona menos de medio cerebro) fue desgarrador, porque allí me di cuenta que ya no me pertenecía,y es que, hay algo, una parte de ti que se pierde en todo este proceso de Cambios, y, si bien dicen que después de algunos años vuelves a ser tú misma, lo cuál dudo mucho, es algo que emocionalmente a mí me afectó mucho y ni hablar de la vida social que prácticamente hoy en día gira es en torno a mi esposo 😂.*

**On the other hand, on the positive side, I am immensely grateful for having my mother-in-law with me, she has been that pillar that has kept me from completely collapsing because how much she has helped me with the baby has been incredible, I know that there are some who have not counted on a support and it's really hard when you're on your own, so it's really like a girl once told me "accept all the help you can, don't get into that nonsense that you can do it alone because no, you have to appreciate those gestures because otherwise you're going to go crazy" hahaha it's a bit exaggerated but yes, with my mother-in-law it gives me time to do other things while she has the baby and vice versa which in a way gives me a little freedom, especially now that My daughter is going to be one year old and she no longer depends so much on breastfeeding, but I remember in retrospect that I had very bad months, although that is another point that I will touch on another time.**

>*Por otra parte desde el lado positivo agradezco inmensamente tener a mi suegra conmigo, ella ha sido ese pilar que ha evitado que me derrumba totalmente porque lo mucho que me ha ayudado con la bebé ha sido increíble, sé que hay algunos que no han contado con un apoyo y es realmente duro cuando estás por tu cuenta, por lo que de verdad es como me dijo una chica una vez "acepta toda la ayuda que puedas, no te pongas con esa tontería de que tu puedes sola porque no, uno debe apreciar esos gestos porque sino te vas a volver loca" jajaja es un poco exagerado pero si, con mi suegra me da tiempo de hacer otras cosas mientras ella tiene a la bebé y viceversa que de cierta manera me brinda un poquito de libertad, sobre todo ahora que ya mi hija va a cumplir un año y ya no depende tanto de la lactancia, pero recuerdo en retrospectiva que pasé meses muy mal aunque ese es otro punto que tocaré en otro momento.*
