I had this awesome (well, I thought it was awesome) recording of my daughter "reading" a book to me. I wanted to roll it in as a backing track for a happy/fun song
I chose this song because in addition to being both happy and fun, it also has that child-like quality in its narrative.
Other than my daughter's reading, all trackers were recorded by me on my phone with the Spire app.
The flute is a quenacho I made from PVC pipe. Also present is a steel drum...I cant usually make that fit into my recordings, so I was super happy to find that it matched so well for this track!
also fratured is clapping, whistling and backing vocals.
