The growing our years with God's goodness

TEXT: Psa. 64: 1-10

All the days of the psalmist was filled with hell and troubles. He faced a lot of enemies and battles within and without. In all the troubles the psalmist went through, he found it important to praise God. God is good, great and holy. He crowns our years with goodness. He bestows upon us the blessings but we must follow his ways.

SUB-TOPIC 1
Psa. 64: 1-2 & 10, Heb. 11:6
The psalmist knew that God has the power to protect him, preserve him and secure his life. God still answers prayer today to those that trust in him. Therefore we can ask, seek and knock and God will answer. He still hears the prayer of the penitent sinner.

SUB-TOPIC 2
Psa. 67:4, 22:27-28 Isa. 9:6-7
God is the governor, administrator and ruler who oversees everything in life. The apostles still filled Jerusalem with the doctrine of Christ because God is still in charge. Satan demons or evil spirits cannot challenge His power.

SUB-TOPIC 3
Psa. 68 : 11, Jer. 1:17-19
Believers are partakers and proclaimers of the word of God. Patriarchs of old like Isaiah, Jeremiah, Paul etc received the word from God and proclaimed it. We too are to do the same. The Lord has promised to work with us and to confirm this words with signs following.
