Delayed #SublimeSunday - Mother’s Day Wifepoints©

It is Mother ’s Day. This generally mans the busiest year for every restaurant (many of which are clients of mine) and a long honey-do list for many fathers. Luckily enough for me, I get to shoulder the work for both occasions.

In the middle of two battles, I was blessed to pause and enjoy this beer. What happened before and after this sublime moment? You are about to find out!

The day started with me forgetting that I had promised my services to deliver Mother’s Day goodness to the community at 11 in the morning after a long evening.

It was so fulfilling to sacrifice a couple hours to help a local restaurant deliver mother’s day brunch love to so many homes. Most of the deliveries were received by mothers as the purchasers pretended nothing special was happening. The rest were proud or confused family members.

Then, it was time to mow the lawn and then size up the task of moving a whole yard of triple mix (garden soil with compost, black earth and fertilizer) 50 yards to its home 30 meters away in the back yard garden boxes.

I will award 10 Hive to the first person who guesses how many heavy wheelbarrow fulls I valued to the back yard for the raised boxes.

Happy Mother’s Day y’all!
