Hey Actifit frens! I had a wonderful day today, playing with my kids and chasing them around the house for my exercise today. Had a slight tummy ache so did not get in a high intensity workout today. However I will make up for that tomorrow by getting somewhat near 20,000 steps if all goes well. Cheers mateys!
