Sean todos bienvenidos mis amigos y compañeros de esta grandiosa comunidad de #Actifit y el ecosistema maravilloso de #Hive, les deseo que se encuentren superbién en este lindo día de hoy, donde nuevamente les vengo a compartir sobre mi informe de actividad diaria, primeramente diciéndoles que me siento muy contento con mi día, ya que tuve experiencias y momentos maravillosos llenos de mucha felicidad. En esta ocasión les comparto a todos que tuve un paseo o una visita hacia un parque enorme llamado el Parque Metropolitano, ubicado en la Ciudad de San Cristóbal, Estado Táchira. Este es un parque enorme donde se pueden encontrar variedad de lugares o sectores que son enfocados a diferentes tipos de disciplinas deportivas, en mi caso, me acerqué al área o la zona donde se encuentran las barras, la zona donde se realiza y se pone en práctica mi hermosa disciplina deportiva de la calistenia. Estuve allí primero que nada para visualizar el ambiente y el lugar tan bonito, ver como eran las personas y el entorno en general, la verdad es una zona muy grandiosa para realizar entrenamientos y en general el parque Metropolitano es grandioso con todos los lugares que abarca donde se pueden practicar diversidad de deportes, en una próxima publicación les compartiré a todos más sobre la extensión de este inmenso parque que promueve el deporte y la actividad física, dando a entender claramente la importancia a nivel de salud en las personas sobre el realizar deportes y actividades físicas. Sin más que agregar les comento que realicé un entrenamiento breve, pero más allá que eso, mi meta principal fue llegar a conocer este lugar y me fui muy feliz de lo que observé y muy contento con todo lo conocido.

I was there first of all to visualize the atmosphere and the beautiful place, to see what the people and the environment in general were like, the truth is that it is a very great area for training and in general the Metropolitan Park is great with all the places it covers where you can practice a variety of sports, in a future publication I will share with you all more about the extension of this immense park that promotes sports and physical activity, clearly implying the importance of practicing sports in people's health. and physical activities. Without further ado, I can tell you that I did a brief training, but beyond that, my main goal was to get to know this place and I left very happy with what I observed and very happy with everything I knew.
