True and untrue... The lower heart rate is in rest. I'm having a heart rate of about 50 for example and when I'm really fit, I'm going lower.
On the other hand physically fit people have the capability to raise their heart rate during (heavy) exercise and bring it down quickly (if you hold on a high heart rate it's dangerous for your health) !LUV !CTP
