Greetings, everyone!
One of my objectives this year is to control my body weight. I started the year at 81.7 kg, and I have to lose 7.7 kg, which is a little under 10%.
The step for this month is to improve my hydration and to reach the 80 kg* mark. Now I'm at 80.8 and there is enough time till the end of the month.
Yesterday I went to the office, but I used the lunch break for a long walk.
