¡Hola Chicos!

Me gusta variar nuestras comidas y salir del típico arroz, carne y ensalada. Me fui a la frutería y compré algunos vegetales, algunos trozos de pollo y preparé está rica crema de calabaza con pollo. Se hace súper rápido y sin mucho esfuerzo, además queda deliciosa. Te voy a compartir la manera en la que la preparo y así puedas consentir de manera saludable a tu familia al igual que yo.

I went to the greengrocer and bought some vegetables, some chicken pieces and I prepared this delicious cream of pumpkin with chicken. It is done super quickly and without much effort, and it is also delicious. I am going to share with you the way I prepare it so that you can pamper your family in a healthy way just like me.

* 1 kg de calabaza * 200 gramos de apio de raíz * 1 cebolla grande * 4 dientes de ajo * Una rama de ajo porro * 250 gramos de pollo picado * Un cubo de concentrado de pollo * Aceite para sofreír * Agua cantidad necesaria * Sal al gusto

* 1 kg of pumpkin * 200 grams of celery root * 1 large onion * 4 cloves of garlic * A branch of garlic leek * 250 grams of minced chicken * A bucket of chicken concentrate * Oil for frying * Water amount needed * Salt to taste

Picamos la cebolla y el ajo porro en trozos bien pequeños y colocamos con un poco de aceite a sofreír junto a los dientes de ajo machacado.

Chop the onion and garlic leek into very small pieces and place with a little oil to fry next to the crushed garlic cloves.

Pelamos y picamos en cubos la calabaza y el apio de raíz. Agregamos al sofrito anterior junto al pollo picado y agregamos agua hasta cubrir todos los ingredientes.

Peel and chop the pumpkin and celery root into cubes. Add to the previous sauce together with the minced chicken and add water until all the ingredients are covered.

Ahora condimentamos con un poco de sal y el cubo de concentrado de pollo. Esto es opcional, también puedes utilizar las mezclas de sopas instantáneas u omitir este paso y agregar los condimentos de tu preferencia.

Cocinamos a fuego medio hasta que los vegetales estén blandos y el pollo bien cocinado.

Cook over medium heat until the vegetables are soft and the chicken is well cooked.

Al estar listo, licuamos el caldo junto a los vegetales. El pollo lo colocamos en un envase aparte para que enfríe un poco y podamos desmecharlo.

When ready, blend the broth with the vegetables. We place the chicken in a separate container so that it cools a bit and we can shred it.

Sirve tu crema de calabaza y esparce por arriba el pollo desmechado. Puedes también agregar un poco de queso blanco rallado que da un plus a esta receta. 😊

Serve your pumpkin cream and spread the shredded chicken on top. You can also add a little grated white cheese that gives this recipe a plus. 😊
