My Actifit Report Card: January 22 2022

It was a dull day outside, and cold, so it was good to get some steps playing Eleven Table Tennis on the Oculus Quest. I have been losing some motivation to play lately but I adjusted the settings, so I get a harder workout. It felt much better, I only enjoy it when it hurts😂
