Went to Aberystwyth today. It was 27°C but felt hotter than that.
Walked up Constitution hill, slower than I normally do, as the heat was getting to me. Much easier on the cliff railway but I had steps to do.
Went for a swim later. The sea was colder than I thought it would be. Not many people mad enough to go in it. Was nice to get away from the heat but then the cold struck😂
