Stella got her sniff on today. We went for a pretty long walk around the neighborhood. The weather is pretty much perfect for walks right now. Even the winter is better for us than the summer. Stella is covered in black fur, so she gets hot really fast when it’s hot and sunny.
We are also working on a flooring project. Our house has oak floors throughout, but not in our bedroom. Our bedroom was an addition to the house made a while ago. They went with carpet in there, which sort of made sense. We’re a dog house, and the carpet is just hard to keep clean sometimes. Our new robot vacuum will be able to keep the room clean, even under the bed.
I didn’t get in ton of steps, but I went up 38 flights of stairs according to my Garmin watch. I was cutting the flooring boards with a miter saw in the basement.
