I wasn't feeling well so I didn't do a lot of anything activity. I don't know if I can really say much of anything, it was just a slow day.
Some news on the health front: I have started trying to eat a few carbs as possible. I'm not trying to remove them completely, but if an alternative is possible then I'll do my best to seek it out. Historically this never goes well, but I'll keep you posted!
