one of my gifts in this life is that I grateful for the smallest things, and I have enjoyed long walks my whole walking life. motion, the sun and fresh air are must for healthier and happier life. i had to walk after his death, and walking has always been my favorite therapy. I'm blessed to have the @actifit game on my tracking device.
