Hello Everyone TGIF and welcome to my fitness report.
So, today was another beautiful lovely day. Got up about half an hour after sunrise and off to doing my warmup exercises while watching the news.
Then off walking for a long walk around the neighborhood. Didn’t see any clouds only blue skies and sunshine still obscured but definitely not the sounds of birdsongs. They were on the trees everywhere.
And looking up above I noticed heavy lines chem trails. They were at it again.
And some beautiful flowers and trees a long the way.
Then I got home, rested, got cleaned up and watched tv and took a nap.
Come 2 pm I headed off to the waterfront again to enjoy leisure walk and sightsee the surrounding views of the waterfront.
People some with children had a great and wonderful time being out and about and just enjoying the water and some just having fun with their boats, kayaks, some playing with their dogs near the water.
These things people do when it’s a nice beautiful day outside. Simple things to brighten your day and feeling happy with those around you.
Most of the restaurants here on the strip were closed except a few that served for takeout only. I stopped by at one and got me fish and chips before getting back home.
And that pretty much it for my activities for today. Thanks for coming and hope to see you all again tomorrow.
