Hello free world, how was this beginning of the week? For me now it is always Sunday, the island is full of energy as always and maybe more. Last night before sleeping, I did exercises so accordingly steps. Then this morning, I was again loaded and then my 7 km of running. That's nice.Watch a show this mountain above my house. Always up to date on what is happening on the Canary Island La Palma. The volcano continues to cast lava even if in smaller quantities. The displaced are now many, who knows what will be of their homes and consequently one wonders, will they be repaid for the damage suffered? Who knows, we'll see, but now let's hope that the volcano will stop vomiting lava. Thank you.
