Yo yo yo Actifitters!
Today I did my 2 min DEAD HANG. I did 1.10 secs in the first try and the rest in the second, which is a step up since last time I did 1min in the first try and the second minute in two different tries.
After that I did pullups holding 6 secs with the chest to the bar and slowly going down.
