Full body training with resistance band and walked around the community for 45minutes was yesterday's fitness.
Although there were three days that I didn't reached 10k, I made sure I make up for it.
I only cleaned up my place once yesterday and been doing for two days. I like that I can now manage my time at cleaning, because really I won't run out of things to clean.
