I was so sleepy last night after swimming that I forgot to update my actifit but it's okay as long as keep my fitness routine on.
Yesterday I only spent 10 minutes when I was the only one using the gym and before anyone can join me, it finished my workout, no rest in between my sets.
I also went swimming since the pool was empty, I was in the pool for at least 30 minutes. It's nice that am still able to use the aminities without sharing it with anyone.
