Extracting ginger liquid, installing solar panel and doing household chores
Dear friends,
In this morning, I did physical exercises for about half an hour.
After my breakfast, I extracted ginger liquid using a juicer that I have bought. I intend to get crystal ginger by brewing the liquid extract. Today, I was able to get the liquid and because of the electricity cutoff, I will be able to do it by tomorrow.It was just a research test and I was able to extract 122 gram of liquid ginger .
I need to brew the liquid with a temperature lower than the boiling point because Ginger's active components can be sensitive to heat. The ideal temperature is said to be 60°C to 71°C. To get a set temperature, I intend to use an oven with adjustable temperature knob. I hope it turn out well tomorrow.
In the afternoon I installed a 200 W solar panel for my home. I think the cable I bought for connecting the panel to the controller was small and I will need to replace it tomorrow. I need a cable which can carry about 20 ampere current.
Other time, I did household chores and ran errands for my mom and myself.
In the evening, I did some physical exercises.
That's some of the activities for yesterday.
