Hello everyone 👋,
Happy hump day 😎🎉 and a very warm welcome to my report 😊. We are bang in the middle of the week and what a blessing it is to be alive👏. It's been a wonderful day and am raring to go with my stepping activities plus some of the trending stories. As always thank you for being here and let's get started 💨.
As usual, I kicked off with the fast paced morning session. Lots of jogging and brisk walking 👣 until around ten o'clock.
Then I was back indoors where I showered 🚿 and rested for a while before logging into my emails and trending news of the day.
Locally the usual never ending political shenanigans 😹 and the plannedemic vaccinations kept going. The positivity rate has been dropping lately 🙌.
Globally, lots happening, that UN assembly kept going, today Venezuelan president asked for sanctions to be lifted among other things. Meanwhile, US president Biden mended fences with his French counterpart following that Australia deal. Elsewhere Algeria closed it's airspace to all Moroccan aeroplanes😱; someone needs to mend fences😹.
Over in crypto land, bitcoin is recovering now at close to 44k. This after confirmation that mammoth Chinese company evergrande will not be going into debt after all👏. I did settle down to some crypto analysis videos and also handled the cleaning chores of the day.
Later in the afternoon I stopped by the park 🌲 then the shopping center for some cooking groceries.
Next I was back indoors for the usual nap 💤. It was wonderful and I got up feeling great 💪 and well rested 💯.
I then continued watching some of the earlier videos and news. In the Canary Islands that hot molten lava from the volcano kept going and it might take weeks to clear. Meanwhile toxic gases could worsen the situation once the lava starts hitting the sea water.
As the evening set in I had my ginger tea ☕ and then stepped out for the sunset 🌇☀️🌅 walk.
That went excellently alongside the main road before finishing off around the neighborhood 🌲. A beautiful full moon 🌝 tonight too.
