My Actifit Report Card: May 23 2020...... Saturday = Caturday 🐈😹🏃👣💨🍃🙌👏💯🙏😇👼💞😴💤☕⛅🎼🎶👌✨

Hello everyone 👋,
Happy Caturday 🐈😹 and a very warm welcome to my report 😊. Hopefully you are having a banging weekend so far 😉.
Mine has been awesome and quite active, I can't complain 🙌.
So it's a pleasure to have you and am gonna quickly run you through my stepping activities of the day 💨.
As always I began with the early morning brisk walking 🏃. I think I should call it quick 🔥 fire session.. As fast as I could to catch the automaticwin 🙌.
Then I was back indoors for a little R&R before logging into the daily trending news. Nothing much there but a sideways moving crypto market 😱.
The plannedemic continues on but I see protests and many people getting sick of the stay at home measures. Meanwhile, we are told that the virus now attacks the gastric system too leading to stomach issues. Also loss of smell and taste.
What did this people manufacture surely 😱. Nobody understands it fully.
So apart from the news, I did the crypto videos, some comedy. The cleaning followed then a trip around the neighborhood ending up at the shopping center.
It was late afternoon and the sun 🌞 was out for a while. Bob sure enjoyed lying on the concrete and grass too 😜.
I got the cooking going and then slipped into my usual afternoon nap.
I got up as the evening set in . The power had gone out so I immediately left for the sunset ⛅ walk.
It was a slow, long walk along the main road taking in the wonderful evening breeze 🍃.
I made it back home safe and sound calling it a day. The power is back on and I just had my dinner.
That's pretty much it for today and I wanna thank you so much for reading this far 👏. I appreciate your continued support 🙏 and love 💕.
