My Actifit Report Card: May 22 2022

Hey,

Not much left in after a couple of days of football and running and gave myself a bit of a rest today and walked around at the beach and in the forest.

Some push-ups and sit-ups got the blood moving around. Good nutrition helps shorten the recovey period so have to take responsibility and make myself a healthy salad and some.

Will see how long my body needs to replenish the energy resources, when the pain reisides and a signal comes to move more intensely again.

Barefoot walking is actually a really good thing to come in contact with your own body and the land you walk on, did much enjoy doing that today.
