Hello Actifitters! I forgot to post my activity yesterday.. After breakfast, I walked around the house. I drove my wife in going to her work. Then I went to my appointment. It's almost 12 noon when I got home.
In the afternoon, I walked inside the house during my work break. I also had a shoot with nephew late in the afternoon.
