Today was father's day which started off great with a nice cooked breakfast
Which gave me the energy for a walk with the family to the river nearby
On our way we saw a few cockatoos on the railing
Then off back home to have an outdoor lunch in the backyard.
A great day to spend it with the family, and luckily I felt much better today so the step count is better
