When I first arrived in this city I was told that it almost never rained, and since then I have paid a lot of attention to the phenomenon, because at this time of the year there are always incessant rains, which would not be so problematic if they were not accompanied by the aggressive wind that never ends up abating. Anyway, I still find it hard to hold the phone to take a picture with so much wind, and I just came to complain. 😬
