Why am i this way?
today as usual only walk in the morning only
I started to tone my abs with light home exercises with lots of belly-focused moves
I didn't do cardio like cycling today, because office work was starting to pile up, requires me to go home a little late in the afternoon.
Maybe that's why I fell ill with a fever.
What should I do next huh?
I'm getting bored with my activities, I need something new to do
