After an easy run and some volunteering at parkrun, I was able to build a pretty big activity count, walking back to start/finishing area with the tail walkers.
We had lunch out at my mothers place, and then I got a lot more steps with some serious yard work.
I forgot to record the after stroll but did capture the upper body weight training session.
Chin-ups 4+2+1+1+1+1
Bench Press 6 sets of 8
Seated dumbbell curls 6 sets of 8.
Overhead triceps extensions 6 sets of 10.
Lateral dumbell raises 6 sets of 8.
