Preparing for Future Ball Part II

So I spend this day preparing my pants and tie for the upcoming Future Ball in Vienna

And yes I made it twice to the gym once before lunch with

  • Pushups: 100
  • Side Curls: 50

And after lunch with

  • Pullups: 40
  • Dragon thrust exercise: 20
  • 6pack exercises on matt: 20
