Fitness Tip #1 - Peanut Butter Is The Key To Immortality

On my road to getting back into shape I thought I would drop some wisdom along the way. Some days it will be serious, some days it would be ingenious lol. But all just to keep us motivated.

Apparently peanut butter and jelly sandwiches can extend your life by 33 minutes. I love me a good pb&j sarmie, maybe this is the key to immortality!

About yesterday:
Yesterday was rest day. No workout but got a good 5k steps in at least. Not too shabby. Today we run! So will make up for that.
