My Actifit Report Card: September 21 2022


Hello actifiters!

I am posting about my daily routine towards a better, more active and productive life.

Today, my routine went as follows.

My #MorningRitual πŸŒ…

I started the day by following the Fabulous app Morning Ritual, which consists of:

  1. ⏰ Waking up early
  2. πŸ₯› Drinking water (to hydrate my body from a long night sleep)
  3. πŸ€Έβ€β™‚ Exercising for 20 minutes
  4. 🚿 Morning Hygiene Routine
  5. 🍢🍳🍌 Having a great breakfast
  6. πŸ…Celebrating!

Then I reviewed my #plan for the day and went for it! 🀘

Daily activity: πŸ’ͺ

=> 30 min Exercising in the morning ( #MorningRitual ):

  • 5 min. Warmup
  • 15 min. Running
  • 10 min. exercise routine ( )
