I am posting about my daily routine towards a better, more active and productive life.
Today, my routine went as follows.
In the Morning:
I started the day by following the Fabulous app Morning Ritual, which consists of:
- Waking up early
- Drinking water to hydrate my body from a long night sleep
- Exercising for 10 minutes
- Having a great breakfast
Then I reviewed my plan for the day and went for it!
I did my #walk2school!
I kept studying during the morning.
Started my work shift at 12:00.
In the afternoon:
Finished my 1st work shift at 15:00.
Had lunch.
Kept working on my college projects.
Started my workshift at 19:00.
...
At night:
Had dinner around 22:30
Studied a bit more.
Prepared my plan for the next day.
Did my gratitude ritual.
