My Actifit Report Card: October 9 2020

Hello actifiters!


I am posting about my daily routine towards a better, more active and productive life.

Today, my routine went as follows.

In the Morning:

I started the day by following the Fabulous app Morning Ritual, which consists of:

  1. Waking up early
  2. Drinking water to hydrate my body from a long night sleep
  3. Exercising for 10 minutes
  4. Having a great breakfast

Then I reviewed my plan for the day and went for it!

College has started today so I had classes all morning.

Started my work shift at 13:00.

In the afternoon:

Finished my 1st work shift at 15:00.
Had lunch.

During the after noon I had an appointment for the @Jornaldamoeda.

After I returned to classe.

Started my 2nd work shift at 19:00.

At night:

I finished work at 23:00.
Had dinner.
Went home.
Prepared my plan for the next day.
Did my calm and meditation Ritual.

My daily walking:

Seizing the day:

Today was intense! Running between work and school was frenetic. This is my busiest day of the week. Still it was a good day!
