It is Detroit indeed. I always liked this view of Canada from the riverwalk, or in this case from the TCF center (formerly Cobo center) where I went to get my bib for the half marathon.
And also yes, it is the Stott Building on Griswold St. Getting out of the TCF Center, we roamed a little in the downtown streets.
It's rare for visitors, even frequent ones, to know Detroit well. Actually, even some locals don't know Detroit that well!
