Hey Actifitters,
After a couple of rainy days, yesterday was much sunnier, but once again we missed most of it, and only went for our long walk later in the afternoon.
Kaia seemed to wonder if Le Chat was going to meet us behind the front yard, but she had decided to go in as soon as I opened the door, so not this time.
This is why we didn't waste too much time and just headed to the bigger forest under this beautiful blue sky.
Kaia saw something and of course chased it.
It's probably impossible to see, but the dark spot on the right is Kaia, and the 3 or 4 white spots on the left are the white tails of deer.
At some point, she gave up though. We saw them multiple times, and she tried again, but still no luck. Hopefully she never catches one!
So we just walked the trails, and added a few off-trail detours until it got darker.
Since it was the first day of #Macfit Final Four, I decided to go on a longer loop outside the forest to catch Cubiverse vaults.
Of course, another quick loop in the dark forest.
And a few more miles in the very quiet neighborhood.
When we finally made it home, Le Chat was waiting for us, apparently not regretting her decision to stay inside.
Well, 30k steps and still dead last among the last four #Macfit participants and with Friday most likely being a smaller step count, that means I have to really step it up over the week end!
