Preparing the Rubber Meets the Road for the choir after 7 months

Knowing the "kiddos" practiced diligently right after the uploads brings comfort that these are helping them

Time is ticking till countdown

Learning to "let go" and watch like a coach

Theoretical thing I realised these days is that even when we're pressing for time and so much editing of the material is needed, this sort of "stress" motivated me to get to the deadline because I know this is useful for the team.

It has been 7 months of Sabbath for the choir from actual duties when we keep them learning with upskill workshops.

But no matter how much you practice, there's always a day where the rubber meets the road , the team has to work together in one voice

First round I stayed with them, while 2nd round I am more subtly "coaching" them through.

The kiddos gotta learn to remember their parts and I knew that though I was on stage with them, their confidence is probably around 80% as a whole because they "couldn't see me" though they are well ready for the harmonies

thanks to one of my team who was off duty this round making this brief recording

But once their confidence sets in, the result was tremendously effective. Everyone was thoroughly "in the atmosphere"

All in all, I thoroughly enjoyed the fruits of my labour 🥰 just seeing them flourish in God's presence.

Until Then
