My son and I played a couple rounds of disc golf today. One round of eighteen holes down by the river and another round of nine at the local course.
It was very windy and a bit cold. I was not playing very well and kept trying to use my new disc at times where it was not advantageous to do so. It is a good disc but it was not working too well for me today and I was making a lot of errors throwing it.
The second round went a bit better for me. The course was really wet and it was still very windy but it was an easier course to play. We both tied with a +2 score which neither of us was really happy with because it was such an easy course.
It was great to be out playing disc golf with my son today. We had not played together for some time.
