At Age 36, Ronaldo saves the day again

What better way to end champions league football with my goat putting his name on everyone lips. He did it in grand style as he won the game for united with an unreal header from 10 yards away from goal.

United has been under so much pressure as they have lost their last two games and that has done its bit to derail the team from their premier league title pursuit. Ronaldo has be subjected and singled out for the blames, with many saying that he is past his prime and can't keep up with the modern day football demand.

His goal tonight proves otherwise and he has been in this form as he scored an hatrick in his last match for country side.

This goal makes it three out of three in the champions league for the Portuguese and the last time he achieved this feat for united came in 2007.

This win over Atalanta will give the coach a breathing space as he is under huge pressure to perform with the lots of players in his team. Most of his players are underperforming and his tactics has been questioned on multiple occasions.

It's a big night for Ronaldo as he celebrated the goal like a man who has never scored in the champions league before. The passion and drive was increable and his celebrations showed how hungry he is for more. We are talking about a man who has five champions league title to his name.
