I'm back adding content on my actifit report that's related to the Disney channel again! I don't really know why I enjoy some of their shows. I'm certainly not in their target demographic audience. I think I just like the mostly mindless comedy; I find it relaxing. I spend most of my time thinking about deeper things like the purpose of life and how to make the world a better place. And I do a lot of programming and dev work which is fun but requires lots of concentration. So try not to condemn me too much for occasionally watching silly children's shows!
Yesterday I featured the full theme song from Disney's Jessie. Today I bring you a funny video with Peyton List playing a game where you talk about two things that happened to you but one is a lie!
Payton played older sister Emma Ross on Jessie for 4 years. Then she was on the spin-off Bunk'd for a few years with Ravi and Zuri from Jessie. Now she is in Cobra Kai on Netflix. Check out this video. Is it just me or does she sound exactly like Jessie in this? 😀
MY ACTIVITY today was food shopping then the famous nightly walk you hear so much about. I pass by stairs at a public building and have been looping around them to add the benefits of stair climbing to my routine. I did 56 stair steps this time. It was in the mid 40s, not too cold.
