7K on a busy work day.
Didn't get much movement in as I mainly sat in my office chair and worked. I did go food shopping which got me moving and also took a walk when it got cooler at night.
That's about it for today. Tomorrow I'll try to move more and add some interesting pic or video to my actifit report.
