60 Minute Endurance Template

Solid template to start the week and run portion was no joke. I held a nice and steady pace, running almost 2 1/2 miles total.

This week is crucial only because the half marathon, Tiffany and I are signed up is Saturday.

We ran our first 5K since the pandemic earlier this month and now we are going to do our best with this event.

It’s called the Best Damn Race.

I’ve ran the 5K a couple of times at BDR, the 10K once and now the half for the first time there.

This will be my third official half marathon, with one fully completed and the one previous to that I had missed completing it by a mile.

To be fair, that first one was our first half and we insanely signed up for one that had a partial terrain path.

I got my revenge 2 weeks later at the OUC half and completed it.

This time around, I’m dealing with a lot of physical setbacks since the pandemic, so it will be a beast to conquer this upcoming half.

Thankfully, we have Orangetheory Fitness to keep us accountable!
