Hello friends. I hope you had a wonderful Sunday. It went by way too fast,as always!
This is my post for #sublimesunday, hosted by @c0ff33a as well as the #beautifulsunday tag, launched by @ace108.
My first picture above is edited with several filters to give it a storybook quality (my funky edit for sublime Sunday). In truth, when I went out for a walk this afternoon, the sky was a dull gray and the temperature was below freezing. So the rest of the pictures in this post will give you an idea.
These pictures were all taken on a path near a wildlife refuge that has reeds and marshes along the edge and a lake in the middle. I have seen all kinds of wildlife at this place. Today I only saw geese and a large flock of mud hens.
You can see a few of the mud hens in the water beyond the trees in the photo above, and the larger flock below.
There are still a few colorful trees.
I really love this walking area. There are always a few other walkers and joggers, but it is otherwise peaceful.
