A good day at work. Weather was ok today.
In the evening i went out to buy bread and food and also do my actifit steps.
Spent 30/35 minutes walking in and around high street and then went to the restaurant to buy my dinner (a takeaway)
It took some time. After getting the takeaway I walked back home.
Later added more steps walking indoors.
Completing 5000+ steps for the day.
