PPL workout - Legs day

Hello everyone !

Was cold today for a workout but hey it was legs day and we can’t skip legs day ;)

On the menu today:

  • jumping squats 5x15
  • lateral lunges 4x30
  • standing calves 5x30
  • straight legs deadlifts 5x15
  • seated calves 5x30
