PPL workout - PULL

Hello everyone !

Look at that big boy, I have a new toy at home !
As soon as assembled it was time to give it a try with a back/biceps session.

On the menu today:

  • wide grip pull-ups 5x6-10
  • hammer grip chin-ups 5x8-12
  • biceps curls 4x10-12
  • single arm assisted pull-ups 4x2-4
  • knee raises 5x8-12
