PPL workout - PUSH

Hello everyone !

Such a good workout day, weather ok and motivation super high.
I decided to totally burn my shoulders so a bit less push-ups.
Strong focus on tucked planche as I still feel very weak on this one. Added some handstand hold and handstand push-ups.
Ending with front raises/triceps extensions.
Shoulders -> still burning a day later :D
