Detailing My Goals for This Decade (Part 3)

Well the list for "Financial Security and Stability" goal is a bit shorter than the one for the home :)

3.1 Debt free home (basically everything in 2.1-2.3)
3.2 Savings (10 years runway for our family)
3.2.1 Formulate clear rules for adjusting portfolio structure between various assets.
3.2.2 When the target is reached - main goal to preserve purchasing power while limiting risk.
