¡Saludos! es mi 15 día de Blogging Challenge y esta ocasión les comparto mi película favorita.

Mi pelicula favorita es Psicosis (Psycho en inglés), es una película estadounidense en blanco negro estrenada en el año 1960 dirigida por Alfred Hitchcock, protagonizada por Anthony Perkins y Vera Miles. Alfred Hitchcock se caracterizó por ser el director que mejor supo desarrollar el género del suspenso, la forma en que fueron enfocadas las escenas, la narrativa e incluso la música hacia especiales sus películas. Las películas de suspenso de Alfred Hitchcock llevaban al espectador a una situación de tensión y expectativa acerca de los sucesos narrados, no recurría a imágenes pasadas de tono o al uso excesivo de imágenes sangrientas, por el contrario el juego de la cámara y sus finales inesperados hacían que las personas se mantuvieran atentas durante toda la película.

My favorite movie is Psycho, it is an American film in black and white released in 1960 directed by Alfred Hitchcock, starring Anthony Perkins and Vera Miles. Alfred Hitchcock was characterized by being the director who best knew how to develop the suspense genre, the way in which the scenes, the narrative and even the music were focused on his films. Alfred Hitchcock's suspense films took the viewer into a situation of tension and expectation about the events narrated, he did not resort to out-of-tone images or the excessive use of bloody images, on the contrary, the game of the camera and its unexpected endings they kept people attentive throughout the movie.

La mayoría de las películas dirigidas por Hitchcock eran protagonizadas por actrices rubias, algunos pensaban que era como su marca personal o simplemente una fascinación del director por las rubias, Psicosis no es la excepción, en ella la protagonista una joven rubia decide escapar de su ciudad por algunos eventos previos y se encuentra con un motel alejado de la vía principal en donde decide pasar una noche, allí la atiende Norman Bates quien parece ser un joven agradable, detrás del motel en una pequeña colina esta la casa principal en donde se encuentra la madre de Norman confinada a una silla de ruedas, sin embargo, él esconde un gran secreto que termina por descubrirse al final de la película.

Most of the films directed by Hitchcock were carried out by blonde actresses, some thought it was like his personal brand or simply a fascination of the director for blondes, Psycho is no exception, in it the protagonist a young blonde decides to escape from her city For some previous events and she finds a motel away from the main road where she decides to spend a night, there she is attended by Norman Bates who seems to be a nice young man, behind the motel on a small hill is the main house where the Norman's mother confined to a wheelchair, however, he hides a great secret that ends up being discovered at the end of the film.

La música de Psicosis se hizo mundialmente conocida, tanto así que se ha convertido casi en un cliché colocar la música para videos o imágenes de asesinatos a cuchilladas en casi cualquier red social por ejemplo. Psicosis de 1960 es mi favorito, sin embargo más de veinte años después el mismo protagonista Anthony Perkins decide dirigir las demás películas de la secuela, la cuales estuvieron muy bien logradas.

The music of Psychosis became known worldwide, so much so that it has become almost a cliché to place the music for videos or images of stabbing murders on almost any social network for example. Psycho 1960 is my favorite, however more than twenty years later the same protagonist Anthony Perkins decides to direct the other films of the sequel, which were very well achieved.
