Cómo saben al momento de cocinar me gusta ser creativa e innovarlos. Como chef me fascina combinar y crear platillos nuevos. Me encanta mucho comer pasta y más cuando son con diferentes tipos de salsa así que el día de hoy me atreví a algo nuevo y voy a prepara PASTA CON SALCHICHA Y QUESO AL ESTILO ITALIANO🍝 Es una receta muy sencilla con pocos ingredientes, rápida de hacer, totalmente diferente, perfecta para un almuerzo y sobretodo súper deliciosa.

How they taste when cooking I like to be creative and innovate. As a chef, I love combining and creating new dishes. I love eating pasta a lot and more when they are with different types of sauce so today I dared to do something new and I am going to prepare PASTA WITH SAUSAGE AND CHEESE IN ITALIAN STYLE🍝 It is a very simple recipe with few ingredients, quick to make , totally different, perfect for a lunch and above all super delicious.

Ingredientes: -300 gramos de pasta (3 personas). - 1 cda de mantequilla. - 1 cebolla (Picada en cuadros pequeños). - 5 salchichas italianas o de preferencia (Picada en círculos pequeños). - Crema de leche. - 1/2 cda de salsa de tomate. - Queso parmesano al gusto. - Sal y pimienta al gusto.

Ingredients: - 300 grams of pasta (3 people). - 1 tbsp of butter. - 1 onion (Chopped into small squares). - 5 Italian sausages or preferably (Chopped in small circles). - Milk cream. - 1/2 tbsp tomato sauce. - Parmesan cheese to taste. - Salt and pepper to taste.

1| Primeramente comenzaremos hirviendo el agua para la pasta. Ya que esté hirviendo, colocamos la pasta y la cocinaremos 10 minutos o hasta qué esté aldente.

1| First we will start boiling the water for the pasta. Once it is boiling, add the pasta and cook it for 10 minutes or until it is cooked.

2| Procederemos hacer nuestra deliciosa salsa al estilo italiano. En un sartén medianamente caliente agregamos una cucharada de mantequilla e inmediatamente la cebolla y la salchicha (Cocinaremos aproximadamente 5 minutos o hasta que la cebolla se torne un poco transparente).

2| We will proceed to make our delicious sauce in the Italian style. In a medium hot pan add a tablespoon of butter and immediately the onion and the sausage (We will cook for approximately 5 minutes or until the onion turns a little transparent).

3| Cuando la cebolla este transparente agregaremos la crema de leche, la salsa de tomate, sal y pimienta al gusto. Removemos bien para integrar. Por último agregamos a nuestra salsa la pasta y el queso, removemos bien para integrar todo los sabores de la salsa a la pasta.

3| When the onion is transparent we will add the milk cream, the tomato sauce, salt and pepper to taste. We stir well to integrate. Finally we add the pasta and cheese to our sauce, stir well to integrate all the flavors of the sauce to the pasta.

Y listo amigos ya podemos servir y degustar nuestro delicioso almuerzo al mejor estilo italiano. Esta receta es la mejor opción para un almuerzo diferente y super delicioso, ya que es muy sencilla y práctica de realizar. Estoy segura que a los pequeños y grandes de la casa les encantará🤌🏻.
